Is this for you?

Squire’s is for you if you...

Want the extras in the price, not on a second invoice

Their words: styling and hire is where a $20k wedding becomes a $40k one. Here the arbours, florals, furniture, festoons, lawn games, planning and on-the-day management are already in.

Want the whole estate, and nobody else on it

Exclusive use comes from booking every bed on the property for two nights, so the 100 acres, the dam, the lawn and the Great Room are yours from Friday to Sunday.

Want your people sleeping a short walk from the dance floor

A five-bedroom Guest House and four two-bedroom suites, 30 guests, with make-up stations for the morning and a welcome dinner and recovery brunch if you want the whole weekend.

Want to bring your own drinks

BYO delivered the day before, or the venue’s on-consumption bar tab with the unused part refunded. RSA staff, ice and glassware are in the package either way.

Meet the owners

Hi, we’re Natalie and Andrew

We made a tree change from Sydney to the Hunter in 2015 with our two young daughters, inspired by the vineyard estates we’d loved travelling through, and built Squire’s on 100 acres of rolling fields, vines and dams in the Sweetwater country between Pokolbin and Rothbury.

The packages are all-inclusive because we watched couples lose control of their budgets to styling and hire. So the arbours, the florals from our own inventory, the furniture, the festoons, the planning and the on-the-day management are in the price, and Katie and Jennie style it and run it with us. Rain or shine: the pavilion and the Great Room mean the day runs either way.

Pick a time below and we’ll call you: your date, your numbers, and whether it’s a weekend or a midweek wedding. Then come and walk the estate.
